CENTURY THREE: QUATRAIN 46
"Le ciel (de Plencus la cité,) nous présage

"The sky (of Plancus city) forebodes to us
Through clear signs and fixed stars,
That the time of its sudden change is approaching,
Neither for its good, nor for its evils."

A Commentary and decoding analysis by NostraBOBus

Line One:

"The sky (of Plancus city) forebodes to us"
"Le ciel (de Plencus la cité) nous présage,"

Nostradamus starts the verse with a reference to "the sky," which is usually
considered to be the upper atmosphere: the place where weather changes and
conditions take place.

The alternatives to the meanings involved also give the distinct possibility
of his referring to the
"Heavens," the place of the stars and planets, etc.
Nostradamus can give alternative meanings as the words are interpreted. This
appears to be a multilayered prophecy

Unfortunately, this is scant definitive information, really too vague and
undefined to be useful as prediction[s]. However, with the use of arcane
coding methods a great deal of information is to be obtained.

First, we find a very odd, and at first glance, somewhat confusing use of a
"PARENTHESIS," with absolutely no good reason for it's presence. Taking the
term as a possible coding, we can obtain some very exacting information. The
term, "EN," in LATIN, means to SEE!, LOOK!, or BEHOLD!

The first three letters, spelling "par," can stand for a very definite
location. Once again, the "r," has the same letter value as the "l." This
called an ORTHOGRAPHIC CLUE. The formation of the very letter itself is THE
SAME for these two
letters, except the "r," was made by putting a triple thick dot of ink at the
very top of stem of the letter. Yes, the size of the letter "l," often
varies, BUT IT IS THE SAME BACKBONE. THE
"L'," in French, stands for the small word, "The."
This leaves us with the two letters, "PA." This happens to the accepted code,
WORLD WIDE, for the State of Pennsylvania.

This STATE is the very home of "THE CONSTITUTION" of the United States of
America.
A moment to mention that the term, "cite," [SEE: the term, "city," given in
the first line of the prediction. According to the OXFORD ENGLISH DICTIONARY
the term can mean, "STATE." [This also gives the SYNONYM, "COUNTRY."]

We now have, "SEE! PENNSYLVANIA [PA.], THE "THESIS," which has the very same
meaning of, "CONSTITUTION."

It can also be put: "SEE, LOOK AT, PENNSYLVANIA, THE CONSTITUTION." [=
"Thesis"]

Rather hard to believe, till you remember NOSTRADAMUS would often refer to
FRANCE, by using a word puzzle for the word, "PARIS." [An example, and there
are dozens of others, would be the made up word, "RAPIS," found in the
prophecies.]

Next, we have the French word, " n o u s," the letters, in code, in veiled,
hidden meaning could contain the information, " ON," [meaning, "ABOVE" U.S.,
FORECAST [= "forebode"]

Nostradamus is foretelling a VERY MAJOR WEATHER RELATED PREDICTION, one that
involves the sky over the U.S.

The very line of the verse itself, ends by saying, ".FOREBODES [meaning to
prophecy, or to FORECAST], TO US."

HERE THEN, IS THE FORECAST FOR THE UNITED STATES concerning it's weather!

THE QUESTION IS."WHEN?" And, "HOW SO?"

However, is this just pure word trickery, with just a bit too much twisting
of words? Should we not make such a brash analysis without further
verification from the NOSTRADAMUS prophecy itself? Truly a wise course of
action, THE WHOLE QUATRAIN must be analyzed in specific detail to arrive at
such a conclusion.

Regarding the alternatives for the first line of the verse we find further
coding of a more ominous nature. The term, "P L A N C U S," is veiled coding
for, "Clue: [ the "p," is inverted giving the letter, "q," this is a
PHONETICALLY induced clue for the word, "QUE," meaning hint or clue.

Now we have the "l," & "r," VEILED CODING of the ORTHOGRAPHIC FORMATION OF
THE LETTERS THEMSELVES [see above for an explanation of the "I," to "r,"
method of coding].

Then, we also have the use of the letter, "C," standing for the PHONETIC
[sounds like] meaning of, "see," to look or to find.

By the use of these veiled coding formulations we arrive at the hidden
meaning contained in the lines of the verse:

"CLUE:" + "c" = " see," observe +"RA" [ This is the EGYPTIAN WORD
Forget this. The Ancient terminology for the SUN God, RA. Then, we have the
very word, "S U N."

Now, what about the next word, "cite," in this verse? This term can mean, to
give a position or placement. So, we can come to a possible alternative
meaning for this verse, Nostradamus is foretelling about the SUN.[Or, "RA."]

Thus we have a TWO TIERED prophecy when an ALTERNATIVE language method is used

Now, we return to the first possible "tier," of the veiled codes.[Remember,
the verse is written into TWO LAYERS OF POSSIBLE MEANINGS.]

On the first layer:

Line Two:

"Through clear signs and fixed stars,"
"Par claires insignes et par étoilles fixes,"

Nostradamus continues in his use of the arcane and veiled details. The term,
"through," by Dictionary definition, can mean, "within, or amongst." The
question is, within what, or where?
The answer is quickly given in the very next words, in a easily solved verbal
word puzzle:
The very next words, ".CLEAR SIGNS," can also be interpreted as, " U N C O L
O R E D STRIPES." [= insignias, see the French].

This is an amazing choice of words. It actually contains both the possibility
of WHITE STRIPES, and has the further veiled information, "ONE COLOR RED
[stripes].

Yes, Nostradamus drops one of the "r's" to veil the coding, a commonly used
bit of word trickery in the analysis and understanding of Nostradamus and his
methods of coding.

A rather apt description of the FLAG OF THE UNITED STATES.

He continues this most exacting description of the AMERICAN FLAG:

".and fixed stars." [".et par étoilles fixes."]
Or, "and BY fixed [meaning aligned] "STARS." This is most amazing prophetic
detail. The "STARS," of course, stand for the "STATES" on the AMERICAN FLAG.

However, Nostradamus is capable of giving multi-layered meanings in his
choice of words. THE TERM, "FIXED," CAN ALSO MEAN THE WORD, "FROZEN," or, in
this case."FROZEN STATES," as in severe cold, and/or icy weather, or even
HARSH OR FIERCE WEATHER.

THE OBVIOUS QUESTION IS: HOW? AND WHEN?

However, before we move on, let us consider the SECOND LAYER of meaning found
in the verse. The second line is given again for your convenience: [remember,
we are looking at TWO DISTINCT LAYERS OF MEANING HIDDEN IN THE SAME VERSE.]

[Repeated.]
Line Two:

"Through clear signs and fixed stars,"
"Par claires insignes et par étoilles fixes,"

In this layer of hidden code, we again find an immediate reference to the
EGYPTIAN SUN GOD, "RA." Please notice the term, "par," in the French.

Once again, through MULTILANGUAGE VEILMENT TECHNIQUES, the word, "SUN," or
"QUE=CLUE+
"RA,"=SUN is arrived at as the true HIDDEN MEANING.

The very next word in the verse line is, "CLEAR." This can have the meaning
of "SUNNY," or "RADIANT." Now, we have the phrase: "RADIANT SUN."

The very next word in the verse is, "sign." The Dictionary gives the SYNONYM,
" F L A R E[S] as an alternative word and meaning. Now we have:
"R a d I a n t S U N F L A R E S [or eruptions,etc.].

The very next words in the verse are, ".PAR," and fixed stars. Once again, by
the methods of veiled codes we arrive at the word, "SUN," [p=q=que=clue+"RA"
for the word, "SUN."

Now, we confront the terms, "and FIXED STARS." As an alternative meaning,
the "fixed,"
Can mean, "ALIGNED"in a row. This appears to be a reference to the SUN, and
most planets coming into ALIGNMENT IN MAY OF THE YEAR TWO THOUSAND
[5/5/2000?].

Nostradamus could also be possibly be referring to the ALIGNMENT OF THE
STARS THEMSELVES IN THE 26,000 YEAR PROCESSION OF THE EQUINOXES. [See the
concluding last line of the verse for a DISTINCT time reference for the
MILLENNIUM YEAR [2000].

This completes the SECOND TIER of meanings contained in the verse.

IN THE LAST TWO LINES [3&4] OF THE VERSE, THE TWO LAYERS OF MEANING APPEAR TO
CONVERGE TO BE THE SAME.

MAINLY, A DEFINITE TIME AND CONDITION OF THE SUN ITSELF IS GIVEN AND HOW IT
WILL AFFECT THE EARTH.

Line Three:

"That the time of its sudden change is approaching,"
"Que de son change subit s'approche l'âge,"

This line of prophecy seems to be telling us very little. The terms seem
vague and not all that definable.

However, when the term, "age, is fully analyzed we can arrive at some rather
definite information. First, it can indeed mean, "time," or "era" or "epic,"
BUT, with a certainly more definitive definition, it can also refer to, "THE
MILLENNIUM." THE THOUSAND YEAR.[a special note: Some translations of this text
carry an rather unusual additional "a," in the word, "age." This could be
taken as a definite timing device, as it can mean, "AT," in French]

It is even possible that Nostradamus is even more definite. THE LETTER "L,"
as expressed as a ROMAN NUMERAL, STANDS FOR THE NUMBER "50." The Roman
Catholic Church is celebrating the MILLENNIUM YEAR 2000 AS A "JUBILEE YEAR,"
meaning an every FIFTY YEAR CELEBRATION EVENT! [Thus, Nostradamus is writing
of our VERY PRESENT TIMES.

The line of the verse begins with a coded reference to "THE SUN" [the word,
"son," IS USED, A PHONETIC, SOUND ALIKE CLUE.

Please notice the word at the very start of the line of the verse, "que,"
GIVING A GREEK MEANING, A PHONETIC SOUND ALIKE MEANING FOR, '"HINT or CLUE."
Thus, the VEILED CLUE OR HINT IS "FROM" [="de"], OR, ABOUT THE "SUN."

NOSTRADAMUS then makes a very ominous statement, ONE OF TREMENDOUS IMPORT FOR
OUR VERY PRESENT TIMES.

HE STATES THE SUN IS NEARING, OR APPROACHING A SUDDEN CHANGE. A DRAMATIC
EVENT. "SUDDEN," can denote SEVERE, AND/OR FIERCE.

AN ASTRONOMICAL period OF CHANGE FOR THE SUN.

Line Four [end]:
"Neither for its good, nor for its evils."
"Ne pour son bien, ne pour ses maléfices."

The final line of this momentous prophecy appears at first glance to be
vague, yet, rather matter of fact. THE INTERNAL CODED MESSAGE IS THE TRUE
MEANING.

Follow closely, as the coding is somewhat difficult.

First, the letters, "EN," a simple reversal of, "ne," THIS TELLS US,
"WITHIN," OR, "ON," or, "on top of."
Second, the "p," can become a "q," THE PHONETIC SOUNDING LETTER FOR THE
TERM, "CLUE, OR HINT."

Third, we now have the following letters, " o u r s o n," The letter "r," can
equal an "l,"
in the ORTHOGRAPHIC LETTER FORMATIONS of the two letters. [The only
difference was a triple thick dot of ink at the very top of the basic stem of
the letter.]

Another veiling method is the reversal of a "u," BECOMING AN "n."

This coding leaves us with: "THE [the French l'] SUN NO," the very next word
in the line of prophecy is, "bien." The final result is: "THE SUN IS NOT
WELL" [= "no bien].

The last four words of the verse repeat the just given coding pattern, and
foretells us that "within, or "on" OR, ON THE TOP OF THE SUN IS [=es], is
"DARKNESS," OR, "THE DARK."

This appears to be an obvious reference to the SCIENTIFIC fact of SUNSPOTS
BEING OBSERVED AS DARK SPOTS ON THE SURFACE OF THE SUN. The term, "DARK," can
also DENOTE THE TERMS "HARMFUL" OR "DETRIMENTAL."

THE MEANINGS ARE CLEAR. [ IN BOTH THE TWO TIERS OF HIDDEN CODES.]

Nostradamus is forecasting a period of SUN SPOTS, and other SUN RELATED
PROBLEMS [FLARES AND ERUPTIONS] that will effect the WEATHER
["the sky"] in a drastic, SUDDEN and severe manner throughout the UNITED
STATES OF AMERICA AND THE WORLD.

The Millennium YEAR 2000 marks "the time," or the "NEAR APPROACHING" period
of the event[s].
