In French:

"The moon is obscured in deep shadows,
Her brother passes with a rusty color:
The great one hidden for a long time in eclipses
Iron will cool in the bloody wound."

Commentary and Coding Analysis by Nostrabobus Egan
Line One:
" The moon is obscured in deep shadows,"
"Lune obscurie aux profondes tenebres"

The verse begins by distinguishing more that one type of
"shadows" involving the moon. Indeed, there are two types during a
full, or complete, or "deep" eclipse. The first is called
the "PENUMBRA," where partial shading can exist. The second
"contact," is the "UMBRA," a total, complete shadow.

Hence, NOSTRADAMUS USE OF THE PLURAL WORD, "shadows." He is simply
referring to a TOTAL ECLIPSE taking place, as distinguished from a
partial eclipse of the MOON.
This is important information, yet it establishes very little without
further significant details. Eclipses, even ones of totality, involving
the moon are not all that unusual. Basically, we need more information
to distinguish an exact timing, or period.

The blunt question becomes; is Nostradamus just being purposely vague,
or is there a further hidden coding to enable a definitive prophecy
regarding a particular time or period?

Nostradamus is often accused of being rather vague in the actual timing
of his supposed prophetic announcements of future events. Yet, recent
scholarly studies by a language expert, DAVID OVASON, in his newly
published book on Nostradamus coding, "THE SECRET CODES OF
NOSTRADAMUS," finds definite proof of his BEING VERY EXACT in his
astronomy related positions of the stars, planets and constellations.

Here is the "CUTTING EDGE," of new Nostradamus research, one that needs
close study by those truly interested in finding further keys to the
actual timing of the prophecies and predictions.
I strongly recommend this book. He even tells us some of Nostradamus'
most arcane and veiled clues are BEST UNDERSTOOD IN ENGLISH! [Sheer
heresy to some Nostradamus "experts!"]

He has even found a verse in the Centuries where Nostradamus gives the
exact position of the stars on the very first and last day of WORLD WAR
II. The basic finding is simply that Nostradamus would use arcane and
archaic terminology, not familiar to our day, when discussing these
matters. The verses need to be re-examined carefully for such arcane
referencing.

Line Two:
"Her brother passes with a rusty color:"
"Son frere passe de couleur ferrugine:"
Here, Nostradamus uses a LATIN WORD, "ferrugine," which actualy means
the color of rust, usually identified as various shades of, get this,
it's a magnificently correct hint: "RED."
Now, there is a fairly definitive clue. We are told by scientist of our
times that this is caused by refractive rays of the S U N bending
around the outline of our Globe, and causing a faint lighting on the
surface of the moon.even in total eclipse. We are further told that for
whatever reason, the COLORS OF RED are the most bendable. Now, we can
understand Nostradamus referring to the Moon's "BROTHER SUN "PASSING",
OR GIVING OFF, it's red color to the sister, THE MOON.
[All this, fairly hefty knowledge for a person existing in the
16th Century!]

It is not everyday we witness a TOTAL MOON ELCIPSE,
WE VIEW AS A RED MOON.

Would the RED MOON, TOTAL ECLIPSE OF JANUARY 20TH, 2000 be a likely
candidate for a fulfilling of this prophecy? Yes, and no. There have
been reports though the ages of the moon being seen as red, sometimes
because of VOLCANIC ash or other substances in the air.

Possibly, at least one more clue would be helpful in establishing the
prophecy as exact, and correct in it's timing. It would be definitely
helpful if an exacting Astronomy related clue was in evidence in the
verse of the prophecy. [Calendar dates are not always that much help,
as the world has used so many different ones.] Would it be helpful if
he wrote the total RED eclipse would be "under" THE SIGN OF
[CONSTELLATION] AQUARIUS?

The sign starts on, get this, JANUARY 20TH, THE VERY DAY OF THE RED
MOON TOTAL ECLIPSE!

This could establish a definite time of dating on our present day
calendar, and distinguish it from possible other supposed red moon
events or periods.

Yes, the moon did become red under the month sign for AQUARIUS. Yes, we
could consider this a most definitive and exacting clue.

It would very much narrow the possibilities, as only 30 days in the
calendar.indeed, an exact 30 days, would be eligible for consideration.
We would be left with the useful information relating to it NOT being a
period of approximately 335 in the calendar year.or any of the other
constellations seen year round.

Line Three:
"The great one hidden for a long time in eclipses"
"Le grand cache, longtemps sous les tenebres,"
I would like to analyze this particular line in reverse.
The last few FRENCH words are indeed strangely put,
meaning, "under eclipses." This is obviously vague and non-sense.
Unless Nostradamus is tipping us off to coding of veiled and arcane
information.

First, the word, "under," IN A SENSE OF TIME, can mean, "at the period
of," or "the time of," when something has, or will happen.

The obvious question is, "WHEN?"

The answer, and clue is found in the very next word. The tip off is it
being strangely plural.

The word then is: "E C L I P S E S."

This involves arcane, veiled coding methods. The middle four
letters, "L I P S," are phonetically induced clues for:

"P," a reversed [ORTHOGRAPHIC] mystical "q," GIVING THE GREEK SOUND.
for, "CUE, or "CLUE.OR HINT."
Then, the "si," can stand for "see," [a phonetic clue inducement], The
final LETTER, The "l," can stand for the French word, "the." [L']
It can also be an ORTHOGRAPHIC [ACTUAL FORMATION OF THE LETTER ITSELF]
CLUE FOR THE LETTER."r." The very backbone of the two letter are
obviously exactly alike.sometime varing in size of the printing, BUT
THE SAME.

The "r," was made with only a triple thick dot of ink at the very top
of the backbone of the letter.

Now, the letters, "ec," also have the phonetic, sound alike of:
"SI, WHEN SOUNDED OUT AS A PHONECTIC, SOPUND ALIKE CLUE.
The phonetic clue results are come out to: si si, or possibly, with
the use of the "r," CLUE, "SI SI R."
Now, how can all this be of any prophetic meaning as far as veiled
information, or giving us a definitive clue? Such as a date, or a
definite period of time?

This is where arcane and veiled terminology comes into play.

The practice of knowledge and wisdom not in general use or
understanding.

In the book, "MYTHIC ASTROLOGY, The Archetypal Powers in the
Horoscope," by Ariel Guttman & Kenneth Johnson., c.1998,
Llewellyn Publications. we have given the Additional Mythic
Archetypes for AQUARIUS. Two of the listings [Egyptian], are:
"I S I S" & "O R I S I S" [not all that unusual for Nostradamus to
drop one letter in an obvious clue].
Once again, THE SIGN OF AQUARIUS starts on JANUARY 20th,[2000] THE VERY
DAY OF THE TOTAL RED MOON ECLIPSE.

Now, back to the first few words of the line of this verse.
The term, "grand," is used, and indeed, in French it can mean<
"The GREAT ONE." This tells very little, and is quite vague in meaning.
However, if we use a coding method of Nostradamus the meaning becomes
very clear, and very ominous. The term. "GRAND," in Spanish,
means "GLOBAL," or pertaining to, or of the GLOBE, the EARTH ITSELF.
The very next word in the verse line is, "cache," which can have the
meaning of "cover,"
meaning shield, or protective layer.

The EARTH'S PROTECTIVE LAYER, A "SHEILD" IS THE OZONE LAYER.
Nostradamus is cable of muti-levels of meanings in his choice of words,
UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DIVINE, ADVANCED SPIRITUAL ENTITIES who aided in
the actual writing of these verses. Nostradamus states this several
times in his writings. THE TERM "UNDER," CAH HAVE A TIME REFERENCE, AND
THE TERM "ECLIPSES," can refer to something that is in the process
of "DIMMING".meaning to grow faint or weak.

Yes, "AT THE TIME OF THE TOTAL RED MOON OF AQUARIUS, DATED JANIARY
20TH, 2000, THE EARTH SHEILD IS FOUND TO BE "DIMMING," WEAKENING AND
GROWING FAINT. "IT ECLIPSES." Nostradamus even tells us that this is a
LENGHTY EVENT.OVER A LONG TIME PERIOD. It just did not suddenly happen,
or take place at the RED MOON. Hence, the term,
"long time," in the line of the prophecy.

This is actually what is happening at this "TIME PERIOD"
["UNDER"] THE RED MOON. Nostradamus uses the very same words to give
two related meanings. One a "TIMING, and one, an important "long time"
event.

Line Four: [end]
"Iron will cool in the bloody wound."
Tiedera fer dans la plaie sanguine."

I find this to be one of the most ominous lines Nostradamus ever wrote.
The term, "iron," is given by other translators to mean, "blade."
Nostradamus is using coding here. The "b," becomes the reversed,
mystical veiled clue word, "q."
The term, "LADE," is also older form English for "LODE," meaning "N o r
t h." Thus, we have "THE NORTH".TO COOL.TO MELT. THUS, WE SEE SEVERE
TEMPERATURE VARIATIONS AND THE BREAKING UP OF NORTHERN ICE.AND THE
CONSEQUENT RESULTS ON OUR WEATHER.

The last two terms, "bloody," & "wound," are OLD ENGLISH TERMINOLOGY
FOR, "INTENSE, MEANING FIERCE, SEVERE, HARSH,BITING AND NIPPING "WIND."
[past tense is "WOUND" IN OLD ENGLISH].

Another way to say severe wind is: "wind chill."

ALL RECORDED FOR THE TIME OF THE TOTAL ECLIPSE IN AQUARIUS OF THE RED
MOON.
