"When the great ship, the prow and rudder Of the Frank land and its vital spirit, By the sea shaken over reef and billow, Six hundred and seven and ten, heart besieged And afflicted by the ebbings of its body, Upon this evil its life being renewed."

On the territorial land identified in prophecy of Nostradamus as the "Frank Land".... Prophetic research in languages identifies this territory as: "the land of the free" or "free speech" . Nostradamus uses the term "threatening sea" which means incapacitating or disabling.

The timing of the event seems to be over a period of years. I believe that the most intense time for the event will be in our near future and is in a process of building. The exact effect caused by the El NINO ... the worst ever ... thus far ... and repeating with much less time in between episodes ... scientists now tell us we can possibly expect EL NINO to arrive...and stay in effect ... almost continuously ... certainly an affirmation of Nostradamus vision of the "land of the free" ... the United States in the prophetic literature of Nostradamus.

It is now known that many Nostradamus predictions are revealed by the unique quality of the coming event itself. All events in history have what might be called a "signature" ... a certain way of happening ... you might say ... a "set of fingerprints" in the annals of the event itself ... and time of the occurrence.

This Prophecy seems to be directly ahead of us. The prophecy is timed for a period of 3-4 years ... in especially intense duration. We now have an unprecedented type of situation in development ... a worst ever scenario ... the type Nostradamus chooses to write of in his Prophetic works.

Nostradamus is very specific ... his particular ... special ability to tell it exactly as it would take place gives us chilling information regarding the up and coming here and now. We are now in the throes of a time of the "threatening sea" .. identified as unprecedented. He goes on to identify the territory being threatened as resembling the ... "great ship of state," [ a term commonly used today to identify a great land mass, and or county ... in this case ... specifically identified as the ... "land of the free" ... Nostradamus then identifies it further by writing .. with a ... brow [ the West Coast ] and a rudder [ our East Coast, with Florida sticking out in the geographical formation of "a rudder" ... on the great geographically accurate looking ... ship of state ... no guessing here ... and exact ... brief ... description of the the land of the free [ speech ] .... the United States of America ... with our vast coastal areas ... basically in the form of a large sailing vessel!

Nostradamus writes that there would be ... an ebbing of the sides ... of this great geographically identified vessel ... a billowing of the sea itself [ effects of high tides and waves on the coastal areas ... an ebbing away ... so much so that he tells of a movement of large segments of the populated areas to a more environmentally safe area. In the Prophecy ... he simply states ... "toward the center of the great ship of state" ... various coastal areas are to become incapacitated by this period of threatening seas.

THE TIME OF THE EL NINOS

Especially vulnerable to these conditions would be areas at, or below sea level. Surprisingly ... one third of the Los Angeles area would qualify for such a disaster. Billowing waves and seas ... are also accompanied by high winds ... of a destructive nature. We have recently seen the all time World's record broken with a wind of 236 miles an hour record at the Island of Guam.

He saw a time when the heartland would be under siege [ military protection and control.] Nostradamus goes on to tell us the reason ... OR AT LEAST, A MAJOR RESULT in this unprecedented time of environmental chaos and loss ... a rather surprising conclusion for a prophet that is mostly accused of only writing about doom and gloom [ sometimes called the Quickening ] he tells us that the events will cause:" ... a renewing of the spirit of the great land" .
