Wow! What a year 1999 turned out to be! There were changes all
over the world. The outer manifestation was numerous storms, floods,
earthquakes, and volcanic eruptions. The inner manifestation was volcanic
eruptions within us. Are you the same person you were at the beginning of
1999? Our DNA continues to change and all of the trauma, anger, and
fear, that we have held onto for so long is being released, one layer at
a time. It's like peeling an onion. Today is December 18. After the
winter full moon solstice, we will start to feel and manifest who we
really are. What a nice way to start a new millennium.

Very dramatic events have been unfolding here on planet Earth. In
my November alert, I said that all the nations of the world would be
gathered in Seattle to battle. This happened! The motto of the protesters
of the World Trade Organization was 'The Battle in Seattle' which was a
very important event in our history. Seattle is the main city in the New
Jerusalem area, which includes the land from Mt. Baker in the north, to
Mt. Shasta in the south. The final battle between the light and dark for
control of this area was fought here in Seattle.
The New Jerusalem of the age to come will be somewhere east of
the Cascade mountains. At least this is what I have been told. This will
manifest as we move from the age of Scorpio into the age of Sagittarius,
which is a 312,000 year cycle. Do you know that we are finishing three
ages at the same time? One cycle is 2,160 years long and is the one
Astrologers talk about the most. Another is 25,920 years and the third is
312,000 years. That is why this change is so important.

The 25,920 year cycle is moving from the age of Capricorn into
the age of Aquarius. Capricorn is a very materialistic sign which rules
governments and big business. Capricorn is ruled by Saturn (Satan) and
this energy manifested by people trying to control each other through
money and power. As of December 22, 1999 this age ends. For those who are
manifesting a high vibration there will be no more control by the powers
that be. We will be free, no matter what happens on planet Earth. There
is always an overlapping time period as the ages change which means that
some people will still try to control others. To be free, all you have to
do is manifest
unconditional love every day. Love is letting go of fear!
Have you released all of your fear issues? Are you ready to move into
this new vibration with love in your heart?

The battle in Seattle was the end of the astral war on Earth. The
unseen beings who work behind the scenes and through others to control us
have been ordered to leave this planet. We, along with our moon and the
planet Mars, have been the last outpost for this battle in space. . It
says in the Bible that a war in heaven would occur between Michael and
the Devil, or Satan. This was the war in our galaxy that went on for
years. After that war, the Devil was thrown down to Earth to continue the
battle. This is the astral war that is now over. A peace treaty was
signed in our galaxy in May of 1997. Peace now reigns throughout our
galaxy.

This war on Earth started big time in 1973 when Egypt attacked
Israel in the Yom Kippur war. The wars have continued . During this time
period we moved through the fourth dimension. The controllers live in the
fourth dimension where they used some people in the third dimension as
their pawns to rule Earth. The biggest part of this war was on the mental
level. In other words, we just finished a mind war as well as a physical
battle. The Earth is entering the fourth dimension and we are entering
the fifth, which is one of instant manifestation and unconditional love.

The energy that is now on Earth manifests as a double edged
sword.. There are still several people, and leaders on Earth, who wish to
fight. The energy of the December full moon, which lasts until the next
full moon, is very militant in nature. Who knows what might manifest on
Earth. With all controls taken off planet Earth, man will now have the
opportunity to either destroy himself, or live in a peaceful environment.

The good space beings have been keeping the mountains from erupting and
the Sun from destroying us. From what I have heard, this control is now
being lifted so the Earth can now complete her ascension process. We will
still interact with the beings of light because they are here to help us
through this change. Our vibration is now high enough so they can land,
if they so choose. We, the people, are now being given this planet. This
is a big responsibility. Where will we go with this opportunity?

We know that we are all one and that everything is God, so when I
talk about the light and dark fighting each other it is just a reference
point. This galaxy chose to experience the difference between light and
dark energy. It has been an interesting experience, to say the least.
When we reach the point where we see everything as one, then we have
completed the lesson of separation and are ready to graduate to oneness.

We are starting a new millennium. Lets make it a great one. We
will now vibrate to the number two instead of one. One stands alone where
two is partnership. The positive vibration of the number two is
cooperation and getting along with people. There is always a big change
when we move from one number to another because it changes the vibration
of Earth immensely.

We are also moving into the year of the Dragon, which is a very
powerful vibration. Massive Earth changes usually happen in the year of
the Dragon. It is also the time for all sorts of grand plans. People will
be bubbling with energy and it is usually a good time to start a new
business or get married. We start this year on February 5 with a solar
eclipse. This eclipse will be on 16 degrees Aquarius, with the Sun
exactly conjunct the planet Uranus. Expect many unexpected events to
transpire in the coming year. This degree rules airmen and aviation, gas
or gasoline, explosives and the nervous system of the spinal cord.

Uranus rules wind. This planet has been in the sign of Aquarius
since January of 1996. This is why there have been so many wind storms
all over the world. These storms will continue, and their strength will
increase, as long as Uranus remains in Aquarius. It will stay in that
sign until March of 2003.

The path of darkness from the solar eclipse last August began off
our East Coast, crossed into England, France, Turkey, Greece, all of the
middle east countries and ended in India. Looking back you can see that
many of the major Earth changes took place in those countries. The solar
eclipse last year, on February 16, was over the Southeast Asian countries
and you know what has transpired in those areas. This next solar eclipse,
on February 5, will be visible in Antarctica and the Southern Indian
Ocean. Look for events in those countries after this eclipse.

The planet Neptune is in the sign of Aquarius, where it will stay
for many years. It takes a long time for Neptune to move through one
sign. Did you know that Neptune was the first planet that was created in
our solar system? Neptune rules Pisces which is a water sign. Neptune was
moving through Capricorn, the sign of governments, when the wall came
down and the Russian government dissolved. Because of its fluid nature,
Neptune has a way of dissolving things. In Aquarius it is doing a good
job of dissolving peoples belief systems. Do you believe the same things
now that you did a year ago? Neptune rules illusion and delusion. It also
rules fear which is a form of delusion. Many people on Earth will still
be facing their fears this year. Not everyone is ready to move into the
love vibration. There is no room for love if fear still rules your heart.

The planet Jupiter is still retrograde in the sign of Aries. On
February 14, Jupiter moves back into the sign of Taurus. This sign rules
the Earth, and events such as earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. Jupiter
is a massive planet, which means it rules large events. In this coming
year we will experience large Earth changes.

Pluto is moving through the sign of Sagittarius which is ruled by the
planet Jupiter. Jupiter rules religion and the banking system. These
areas will experience much transformation as time moves on. The
transformation of the banking system started with the merging of small
banks into larger ones. Sagittarius also rules mountains and is a fire
sign. We have seen many volcanic eruptions since Pluto moved into
Sagittarius. This energy will continue for several more years.

Saturn is moving through the sign of Taurus, which also rules money. This
is a very karmic planet and we will see many challenges with money in the
year to come. Both Saturn and Jupiter will be in Taurus the first half of
the year 2000. Jupiter moves into Gemini in the month of July. Jupiter
rules abundance and Saturn rules constriction. It should be an
interesting year. The rest of the planets move very fast through the
zodiac.
