"Through the Ebro to open the passage of "Bisanne,"
Very far away will the Tagus make a demonstration:
In "Pelligouxe" will the outrage be committed
By the great lady seated in the orchestra."
Line One:
"Through the Ebro to open the passage of "Bisanne"
"Par Nebro ouurir de Bisanne passage,"
The first line opens with a rather unusual word, " N E B R O, " [see the French spelling]. In Ancient times, the river EBRO was also referred to as the " HEB." river.
A shortened form for the word, "H E B R E W."
Incidentally, the use of a "u" can be explained as a strong PHONETIC CLUE.
How so?
First, by the use of ORTHOGRAPHIC concealment, in a veiled method, we have the REVERSAL of this particular letter. When it is placed at the end of the word, we have a PHONETIC SOUNDING of the very word, "HEB" REW."
The term, "through," can mean, "by way of, on the way, meaning while traveling.
We have a traveling, on the way HEBREW.
Going where? For what purpose?
The very next words answer the question.
It tells us that the HEBREW is "to open," which can mean to view, to become aware of, what?
The next TWO words gives the answer, and ends the first line of the prophetic verse.
Please be reminded, the verse can only truly be understood when looking at it as a whole; the ENTIRE verse must be considered in arriving at accurate, but veiled meaning.
This line now presents us with an immediate word puzzle, in the use of the made-up term, " B I S A N N E." Most Nostradamus interpreters only make a good guess at defining this word.
By the use of veiled coding methods "the riddle" is easily solved.
No.1:
The use of a "b," can conceal an ORTHOGRAPHIC clue, meaning the actual formation of the letter itself, hence the veiled possibility is the letter, " q." In the codes, this represents the
term, "CLUE, or "cue," meaning a hint.
No. 2:
The very next two letters are, "IS," giving us the possibility of a PHONETIC CLUE, meaning a "sounds like," concealed meaning.
In this case we have the letter, " C." [ Yes, we reversed the "is, to "si." ]
No. 3:
The next possibility of a clue exists in the FORMATION, the actual orthographic lettering itself of TWO "n's, together.
This can conceal the letter, "M."
No. 4:
The individual letter, "e," in Indo-European languages, can, and does have the meaning of, "and, or PHONETICALLY, "an."
Now, putting these various methods of concealment in use, we arrive at the letters, or in this case, a name, "C E M."
Actually, the clue for following this methodology, was the use of a made up word, the word, "BISANNE," no such term or place exists.
The word, " B IS A NN E," becomes the letters, "C E M."
Now, how does three letters in a word help us by giving a LOCATION AND MEANING of this HEBREW'S TRAVELS?
Not a great deal to work with, possibly a dead end?
A supposed, NON-SOLVABLE NOSTRADAMUS PUZZLE?
Not necessarily.
First, do we have a famous traveling HEBREW?
The present SECRETARY OF STATE HOLDS A SEAT IN THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT.
Not long ago she was informed of her unknown of HEBREW, [JEWISH] ancestry. She is indeed, THE "NEBRO, [EBRO, THE "HEB." that is In this Prophecy.
MADELIENE [ in HEBREW meaning "ELEVATED," in French, the word "grand or grande."

To help solve the supposed mystery, of what the verse is telling us, we can simply turn to the very present news of the day,
MADELEINE ALBRIGHT HAS JUST VISITED TURKEY, BRIEFLY. "TO OPEN," meaning, "to take a view", of the VAST RUINS AND DESTRUCTION OF THE UNITS, THE SINGLE FAMILY LIVING BLOCKS, especially seen personally by her in the area of IZMIT, TURKEY.
But, hold on, where does the Prophecy under study actually say, TURKEY?
Not exactly something you can make up out of thin air!
This is the power of the veiled, codes existing in MULTILANGUAGE USAGE FORMAT.
SIMULTANEOUSLY…in the same line and same verse.
This then, is the essential, new and somewhat untried methodology for understanding the meanings in the NOSTRADAMUS VERSES.

Now, to continue, where do we have the word, "T U R K E Y ?"
Yes, A PRESENT LEADER OF "turkey" GOES BY THE NAME:
HE IS AT THE SAME LEVEL AS MADELIENE ALBRIGHT IS FOR THE UNITED STATES,
SHE MAINTAINS THE POSITION OF THIRD UP IN OUR GOVERNMENT, AFTER THE POSITION OF PRESIDENT AND VICE-PRESIDENT.

To continue, with the final clue in this most amazing prophetic line. Please notice the very last word is, " P A S S A G E."
Now, by considering the SYNONYMS for this word, we are able to solve the riddle of the first line of the verse.
The word, "passage," also means, get this-it's important,
" P A T H," ANOTHER MEANING, AND TERM FOR THIS WORD IS, " PAVE."
[ PLEASE NOTE: THE FOLLOWING CLUE IS PHONETICALLY INDUCED…WHEN WE SAY, "PAVE," the "E," is silent. }
The word, in HEBREW [ YIDDISH ] , for " PEACOCK," IS…have you guessed it? It's "P A V E."
When you look up the spelling, and the words for " T U R K E Y [ actually, "small letters, "turkey, as in the bird, in a MULTI-LANGUAGE DICTIONARY…listing 5-7 languages at once, you find the following information, for the word, " turkey."
The Spanish word for Turkey is, "P A V O."
The Spanish term for PEACOCK [ "a bird" ], is "real pavo."
Remember, when you say the word, "PAVE," the ending "e," is basically silent.
We arrive at the true meaning, "CEM OF TURKEY."
[ This completes the first part of the puzzle standby for the rest of the verse. It's a shocker. ] SPECIAL NOTE: SEE THE QUAKE 99 BUTTON…and view the PROPHECY. It mentions both TURKEY AND GREECE. THE SECOND QUAKE HAS JUST HAPPENED IN GREECE.
Line Two:
"Very far away will the Tagus make a demonstration:"

The term, "very far away," can easily mean, "in a distant land." Then, we have the very strange word, in the French, "TAGO," another made up word used by Nostradamus, the letters give a veiled clue to the true meaning, "AT GO."
The small word, "at," can mean location or "place of."
We are now confronted with the seemingly very vague single word, "go." However, when checking the OXFORD ENGLISH DICTIONARY, we find one of the meanings for "go," to be in the OLD ENGLISH word, " Wry," meaning "to go," or to move.
Another phonetic, "sounding out,' way of saying this; "TWO WRY." The [ "r,' to "l." ] = l' wy = THE PHONETIC, SOUND ALIKE: THE WYE TWO [ "to"].
Please be reminded, the 16th Century OROGRAPHIC, MEANING THE FORMATION OF THE LETTER ITSELF, style of making letter "r," was exactly the same as making the letter, "l," except for a triple thick dot of ink at, almost, the very top of the backing of the straight linear form. Just more of Nostradamus' use of Green
language codings.
This gives us an astounding piece of information, we have the term, The [ L' = R] WYE TWO.
The event of the signing of "THE WYE T W O," accord in EGYPT took place in current History, JUST BEFORE, Madeleine
ALBRIGHT, WENT TO TURKEY TO VIEW THE QUAKE DAMAGE, SHOWN HER BY HER EQUAL IN GOVERNMENT. The leader's name was CEM. [See the first line of the prophecy].
All this, extremely accurate, prophetic details.
Indeed, "[she] will make a demonstration," meaning a show of support. THIS IS PRECISELY WHAT HAPPENED!
Now, the scene changes, another event comes into present, and continuing reality.
At the moment of the, "here and now."
We now move to another event in ongoing CURRENT TIMES.
Nostradamus, once again, he uses a made-up term to call our attention to the possibility of a clue contained within.
Follow this closely, as it takes a bit of concentration.

Line Three:
"In "Pelligouxe" will the outrage be committed,""

Absolute gibberish, as far as taking it from a first viewing,
The word, " P E L L I G O U X E." does not exist in any language: there is no such term.
However, there is the word, IN GERMAN, "boxen," meaning to fight or battle. Once again, Nostradamus, at his best, in the practices of veiled methods, for the delivering of true meanings.
The "g," upon ORTHOGRAPHIC inversion, becomes a hidden, "b." The French spelling for the word, "fight," is "boxe, in GERMAN, the spelling is, "boxen."
We are simply seeing Nostradamus' use of MUTI-LANGUAGE, SIMULTANEOUS USAGE'S OF LANGUAGES TO HIDE THE TRUE MEANINGS.
The term left over, is " P e l l i," This term, taken in PHONETIC SOUNDINGS, gives us our needed clue, WITH the inversion trickery of the GREEN LANGUAGES, in use, " D E L L I, or, with
letters rearranged, " D I L L E." [In French, it comes out to, "LE DIL, or L" DILE]
What we have here is a PHONETIC EQUAL to the name for the
CAPITOL OF EAST TIMOR, THE NEWLY INDEPENDENT BREAKAWAY FROM INDONESIA. THE CAPITOL OF "DILI," a strange name indeed.
The focus of the present "FIGHT," OVER INDEPENDENCE. THIS INVOLVES HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF IT'S CITIZENS IN OPEN AND PRESENTLY RAGING CONFLICT.
A "BALKANS" TYPE SITUATION NOW IN ASIA.
THE WORLD CONSIDERS IT AN "OUTRAGE OF OUR TIMES," and indeed, Nostradamus gives it's reason for being as due to the problem of, "OUTRAGE."
Nostradamus hides a bit of verifying proof in the line of the prophecy itself, a little hard to follow, BUT IT IS THERE.
Notice the phrase, " it will be." Or, "will be " I T." Then, notice, the ENGLISH WORD, in the translation. The word is translated as, " C O M M I T E D."
ALL THIS IS Very interesting. THE TERM, "MITED," MEANS TO BE, GET THIS PLEASE, " C U T ," DISMEMBERED, TORN APART, BIT.
Exactly the effects of the INDEPENDENCE VOTE ON A MAJOR ISLAND OF INDONESIA, PART OF THE FOURTH LARGEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD!
Notice the letters, " C O M, are still left over.
Why?
Remember of the finding of the two letters, " i t, or, "ti."
Now, notice the PHONETICALLY INDUCED CLUE, is now added.
Listen and vocalize the clue, it MAKES NO SENSE IF YOU JUST READ IT SILENTLY.
THE CLUE IS: "C," [ meaning to see, find, look at, ect.], and then, the letters, " O M."
Now, combine these letters, all found in the same line, of the same verse, right next to each other, and we arrive at a GREEK STYLE ANAGRAM, or better put. WORD PUZZLE.
We have the partial answer:
" T I M O ," now what? One more letter is needed here.
This is all the Simple "codes" of the combining of a few words to arrive at new meanings, or HIDDEN MEANINGS.
The "mis," or, the correctly spelled, "miss," is the very next word in the 3rd line under study.
The word is: " l' outrage."
Now, remember the HIDDEN METHOD of converting an "l," into an "r." This is called an ORTHOGRAPHIC, 16TH CENTURY, LETTER "LOOK ALIKE" CODING METHOD.
The combining of the letters, now gives us the most exacting, but needed information;
" T I M O R."
Here, is the very name of the Island where the conflict, the "fight," as NOSTRADAMUS FORETELLS IT, THE " OUTRAGE,' AS HE DESCRIBES IT, is taking place.
The Island is divided into EAST TIMOR AND WEST TIMOR.
Now. On to the last line of the Prophecy, and some rather controversial information.
REMEMBER, there always two sides to a conflict. Here's Nostradamus' most astounding observation.
It is presented as neither right nor wrong, but simply what NOSTRADAMUS RECORDS from the 16th Century.
The United States of America has a foreign policy, we somewhat encourage INDEPENDENCE MOVEMENTS AND PRO DEMOCRACY SITUATIONS AND VOTING. ETC.
At this time in our HISTORY, much of our policy is under the control and formation of a HEBREW LADY, who indeed "ORCHESTRATES" MUCH OF OUR FOREIGN POLICY.
A FINAL bit of identifying commentary.
The term, " grand, " or "grande," IN FRENCH, can mean "lofty, or better put, " elevated,"
Now, please notice, Nostradamus is not rambling on about some GREAT, UNKNOWN, AMBIGUOUS, AND VAGUE "LADY."
The term, "elevated, " in HEBREW, means the name?
[Please take the time to verify or look this up. DO NOT JUST TAKE THE SUPPOSED WORDS OF THE COMMENTATOR OR INTERPRETER…CHECK THESE TERMS AND MEANINGS OUR FOR YOURSELF.]
The given HEBREW NAME IS:

Also, the term, "grand," when the letter "g," is inverted to a "b," gives further coding, the meaning of, "brand," or an Old English SYNONYM, is "firebrand."
The word, "fire" is SYNONYMOUS WITH, "BRIGHT."
Now, please notice the very clever insertion of the small two letter word NOSTRADAMUS placed in front of the word, "GRAND." THE SEEMINGLY INSIGNIFICANT, " LA."
Now we derive the last name of the person involved in the Prophecy:
