This
article is a very serious challenge to myself and all
FEMA and Red Cross volunteers which have been trained.

We have been instructed to teach the basic "drop-cover-hold"
protocol for earthquake survival (among many other techniques)
for earth change survival. Doug Copp, of the American
Rescue Team International directly challenges our rescue

with all new information, take caution and proceed to
venture all the research needed to have a full understanding
