A Very Serious Challenge To Current Emergency Procedures

by Mitch Battros  (ECTV)

This article is a very serious challenge to myself and all FEMA and Red Cross volunteers which have been trained. The source could not be more front-line hands on information. We have been instructed to teach the basic "drop-cover-hold" protocol for earthquake survival (among many other techniques) for earth change survival. Doug Copp, of the American Rescue Team International directly challenges our rescue training with some very provocative facts. Here is his website outlining his cause.

As with all new information, take caution and proceed to venture all the research needed to have a full understanding of material presented. At the end, if it feels right, then maybe it is! I will be bringing this issue up at our next board meeting. mb
