I am pleased
to announce Jose Arquelles and his foundation has invited Earth
Changes TV producer, Mitch Battros to join him in Hawaii for the
"East-West Summit and Seven Day Earth Wizard Seminar". This
event occurs December 2nd thru 9th 2000, on the Island of Maui.
I truly would love to meet each of you, however there is only

I have admired
Jose's work ever since he was introduced to me back in 1987 in
which he became known world-wide for bringing an entire planet
together to celebrate the well known "Harmonic Convergence" based
on the Mayan Calendar. Having interviewed Jose and wife Lloydine

Jose Arguelles,
(born 1939), planetary whole systems anthropologist, received
his Ph.D. in Art History and Aesthetics from the University of
Chicago in 1969. In a distinguished career as an educator, he
taught at Princeton University, University of California, Evergreen
State College, San Francisco State University, San Francisco Institute
of Art, the Naropa Institute, the
University of Colorado, and The Union Graduate School.
His pioneering
books resulting from investigations into human whole systems include:
Mandala (1972), A Psychophysical Aesthetic (1972), The Transformative
Vision: Reflections on the Nature and History of Human Expression
(1975) (1992), and most importantly, Earth Ascending: An illustrated
Treatise on the Law Governing Whole Systems (1984, 1988).
As one of
the founders of Earth Day, 1970 (First Whole Earth Festival, Davis,
California. 1970), Arguelles is a career activist for peace and
the planetary transformation of consciousness. With his wife and
partner, Lloydine, they founded the Planet Art Network (1983),
promoting the revival of the Nicholas Roerich Peace Pact and Banner
of Peace (1935). Combining investigations of the Roerich Peace
Pact with his lifetime study of the mathematics and prophesies
of the Mayan Calendar, Arguelles initiated the Harmonic Convergence,
August 16-17, 1987, global meditation and planetary peace event.
Following
his unraveling of the Mayan calendar code in his international
best seller, The Mayan Factor: Path Beyond Technology (1987),
Arguelles and his wife continued scientific and mathematic investigations
of the timing frequency underlying the Mayan calendar system of
ancient Central America. The result of their research was the
discovery of the 12:60 - 13:20 timing frequencies and the breakthrough
set of tools and proofs of the mathematics of fourth-dimensional
time, Dreamspell: the Journey of Timeship Earth 2013 (1991, 1992),
the Thirteen Moon Calendar (1992), A Treatise on Time Viewed from
its Own Dimension (1992), and finally, Telektonon: the Talking
Stone of Prophesy, the thirteen moon calendar, prophesy, game,

Mitch Battros,
(born 1956), producer of the nationally shown television show
"Earth Changes TV". He started the show in 1995 after having what
he describes as a "moving experience". This was shortly after
a 5.3mg earthquake which hit Seattle earlier that year. One week
later, he had a profound vision. He saw a mass exodus coming out
from the west coast. " There were cars lined up for as far
as the eye could see. People were walking through the desert with
blank faces, shocked and bewildered.. The severe earth changes
had begun ". From the moment of his vision, he knew his journey
was to help people prepare for the coming earth changing events.
Just three months after experiencing his vision, Mitch started
his TV Show "Earth Changes TV" which is now in twelve cities around
the nation, also in England and Australia and growing fast.
Mitch Battros
has his M.S. in psychology with special studies in cognitive and
existentialism application. He is a N.A.D.A. Certified Acupuncturist
specializing in stress, anxiety, and addictions, a Cultural Diversity
Trainer for the State of Washington, a Certified Trauma Resolution
Therapist with focus on PTSD, a member of the Red Cross Disaster
Team, field trainer for the King County Emergency Management Office,
chief editor of "Earth News" newsletter, and producer of "Earth
Changes TV".
On Earth Changes
TV, Mitch interviews the top scientist in the world on subjects
related to earth sciences and space weather. He has also interviewed
some of the top minds in metaphysics, theology and ancient text.
Mitch has a gift of balancing science with what many call the
"esoteric". He is driven to display to everyone what he believes
to be an undeniable connection between the old (ancient text)
and the new (science).
Beginning
in 1996, Mitch has lectured across the nation addressing the media's
reaction to the escalating earth changing events. He has published
this very simple equation related to the primary cause of the
"record breaking" weather phenomena we are experiencing today.

Mitch produces
a multimedia presentation detailing the ongoing unfolding which
evidence earth changing events are real and increasing. He also

Therapist and Emergency Management Trainer, to outline what people
are likely to go through as events escalate. Mitch has more recently
supported the possibilities which show a Sun - Earth connection
not only to weather phenomena, but with human internal emotional
change as well. His ongoing research in this area is consistent
with ancient text as well as several current spiritual disciplines.
At the end
of every lecture Mitch reminds the audience, "it is not you I
am speaking to, it is your family and friends who are not here.

by the more sudden shift of physical and spiritual transition
just around the corner."
