Preliminary   hypocenter   for earthquake of 1999 Nov 26, NEW YORK:  latitude 43.9  degrees  north, longitude  78.5  degrees  west,  origin  time  22 33 04.1 utc, depth shallow, magnitude 3.4 mbLg.  This  earthquake  was  felt  at  Ajax, Oshawa, Scarborough, Toronto and Whitby.  There have been no reports of damage.
