This Sunday
is Easter. To many it is the meaning of 'Ascension'. To
ascend from a place of being to another. This day to Christians
all over the world, indicates a remembrance that our life
here is temporary. There is yet another place to go and
be. It is suggested this new 'place' is for all who wish
to find it.
Like any
journey, there are trials and errors. Mistakes, hardships,
challenges, and strained hopes. But it is those who choose
to endure this school we call Earth. The lessons are many,
and the rewards are great! Perhaps the ultimate lesson for
us all is to realize that it is the universal laws of love,
compassion, and forgiveness is the purpose of our education.
Could
it be that it is when we surrender to a greater universal
law is when we win. Not through punishment or intended duress,
but through open-mindedness, willingness, and perseverance.
Believe it or not, I once came from a world of "this
is the way it ought to be". My life changed enormously
when I went over seas to teach, live and learn. By the time
I returned to the US, my motto had changed to "we are
all just kind of guessing". This may have an appearance
of something hardly measurable, but I can tell you I have
never looked at life the same.
So on
this day of Easter, I meditate on the principal of "Ascension".
Even though this word may be associated with Christian belief,
I see it being said in almost every single religion and
spiritual principal I have come upon. From our earliest
ancestors words of the promise of a new world, to the reflections
of something or someplace called "Heaven", to
our more current science terms of "new dimensions".
It all says one thing.... There is something more!
For Earth
Changes TV and all our staff, I wish you the very best and
most loving moments during this period of 'renewal'.
