It would appear more
of the same, and for some time. Meteorologist are quickly
shifting over to new data resource banks which give them
a more accurate assimilation to predict weather. What is
one of the new items in their arsenal? You guessed it, the
GOES and SOHO satellites which monitor the Sun. While this
fast paced re-grouping is occurring in the sky, those here
on Earth are also moving quickly to place probes in better
staraticgic locations in our oceans. There is also stepped
up movement in the placing of detectors in our lower atmosphere.

Why all this sudden rush to modernize? Well just that, to
modernize. It has shown equipment used today had become
obsolete. Moreover, the personnel who monitored these once
advanced instruments of technology, had also become obsolete.
Not necessarily at their desired choosing, but more in the
way of using what had been passed down to them. Simply put,
the data to which they base their measured conjecture is
simply out dated and out of step. There is a current rush
to update 'tables', 'formulas', 'charts', 'equations', 'cause
and effect relationships'.
Another way to put this in perspective would be to say it
sure would be short sited to use hand written time tables
instead of picking up that $9.95 calculator at your nearest
dollar store to make your calculations. In other words It's
Time To Upgrade!
NASA's Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission (TRMM) satellite
is one of the latest in the new arsenal to better predict
fast changing weather. TRMM is a joint NASA/Japanese Space
Agency mission to study tropical rainfall and its implications
for climate. Each day, the TRMM spacecraft observes the
Earth's equatorial and tropical regions, including the southernmost
United States and all of Africa. TRMM is part of NASA's
Earth Science Enterprise.
The mission of NASA's Earth Science Enterprise is to develop
a scientific understanding of the Earth System and its response
to natural or human-induced changes to enable improved prediction
capability for climate, weather and natural hazards.
This Weeks Guest: Martin Gray - Sacred Sites
This is a must see video. Our interview just flew bye without
a moments pause. Martin Gray has had the privilege of traveling
to most of the worlds 'sacred' and 'power' locations. Martin
was quick to discern the difference a 'sacred place and
a 'power place'. Power Places are geophysical anomalies,
increased ion radiation, increase gravitational field, magnetic
fluctuations, underground water and mineral deposits. This
suggest it is the 'elements' themselves which create field
of influence.
Sacred Sites are areas were a gathering of people collect
for the purpose of ritual, prayer, meditation, ceremony.
This suggest it is the people themselves which create the
sacred ground. This area retains the energy as if it were
a flash stamp imprint of our own energy fields. It is suggested
the body and the earth remembers!

Thought For The Day
"Make each day useful and cheerful and prove that you
know the worth of time by employing it well. Then youth
will be happy, old age without regret and life a beautiful
success."
