In a statement
made by Washington State Governor Gary Locke yesterday has put
northwesterns on alert. "If we act quickly together," Locke said,
"we can hopefully avoid disturbance and brownouts next week.".
This comes on the heels of California's announcement of a level
3 power emergency. Yesterday California declares possible blackout.

Today airlines
cancel flights in anticipation of heavy snow in Chicago. The National
Weather Service is forecasting accumulations of more than 8 inches
during the day, followed by blowing and drifting snow.

Two CME's
For those who predicted it would be a harsh winter where right
on target. I projected this probability earlier this year based
purely on solar activity itself. In keeping with this projection,
more is on it's way. Two more CME's occurred yesterday. We will

suffers severe storms
Europe continues to experience severe weather storms in which
thousands are under flood alert.

Is there a
connection between solar activity and extreme weather? Absolutely!
We will continue to see extreme weather shifts for months to come.
Gee, and NASA said this eleven year solar cycle named "Cycle 23"
would have reached its "apex" sometime between June - July 2000.
Oh well, maybe they will now consider the idea of what I call
a "Mega Cycle".
Mega Cycle
The following is a statment I made back in October '99: "As scientist
feel more secure from peer badgering, we will receive more information
beyond the shallow and cuteness terms like "El Nino" and "La Nina".
I believe we will see is the ongoing evidence of our weather being
manipulated by none other than our...Sun.
I believe
our Sun is simply going through a very natural cycle. Not a 100
year or 1200 year cycle, but a hundreds of thousands of year cycle
(exact number unknown) . I call it a "Mega cycle". Our earth has
seen this before, but we haven't. This phenomenon is connected
to the "Magnetic Shift" that is occurring now. This is the cause
of the changing weather patterns via jet streams and ocean currents."
Equation:
Sunspots => Solar Flares => Magnetic
Shift => Shifting Ocean and Jet Stream Currents => Extreme
